-- LUXURY HOLIDAYS IN THE NORTH DEVONSHIRE COUNTRYSIDE --
WELCOME TO WEST INSTAPLE HOLIDAYS
West Instaple is situated in the beautiful Devonshire countryside, just two miles from the Cornwall border. Alongside the main house, home to the hosts, there are two stunning holiday cottages. The cottages are cosy and clean and boast breathtaking views across rolling fields down to the picturesque village of Bradworthy. On a crisp morning, deer can often be seen roaming the overlooking fields, a truly authentic experience. West Instaple is also home to some large birds of prey. Buzzards can often be spotted in the tree located outside the cottages, in the hedgerows on the road leading to the property and in the nearby fields - a wonderful treat for bird watchers and those wishing to see nature up close.
Both cottages are well-equipped and sleep up to 5 guests. Both individual bookings or group stays across the two cottages are welcomed, year round. The site is family-friendly, with each cottage hosting a secure, private garden. The cottages are equally suited to solo holidaymakers or couples after a peaceful retreat, with low levels of traffic. West Instaple has an impressive range of facilities on-site for guests to use, including a fully-equipped dog wash room, two very friendly shetland ponies and two cute goats (who love cuddles from guests), a games paddock with a range of equipment and a bespoke putting green for guests to enjoy a game of mini-golf! Nearby, you will find a wealth of fantastic locations and beaches to explore.
