We welcome dogs to Millview Cottage, prior to arrangement only. As animal lovers and dog owners ourselves we understand how important it is to have our four-legged friend(s) with us and we hope we can accommodate your companions. There is a small  surcharge for each dog. At present we can accommodate up to two small sized dogs or one medium/large dog in Millview Cottage. This can be flexible prior to arrangement - please get in touch with your requests and we will get back to you.

Included in your stay is unlimited use of our unique dog washing facility, fully equipped with a warm shower, deluxe doggy shampoo and fresh, fluffy towels. After all, we want your pets to feel pampered and refreshed after their holiday walkies too! We do ask in order to keep our cottages in good condition, that you kindly use this facility to wash your pet before they return to the cottage if they have enjoyed making paw prints in the sand or a muddy country walk!

A few pet rules ...

Please do not leave your pet unattended in the cottage. We do understand it is not always easy to keep your furry companions off the furniture, so please use the blankets/throws provided to protect the furniture.  Please keep your dog/s on the lead when outside the property in the interest of our other guests. When walking in the local area, please also respect the wishes and livelihood of local farmers by keeping your dog on a lead around livestock, however well trained you believe them to be. We happily supply poo bags so please ensure you clean up after your dog.

Any pet accidents or damages that require specialist cleaning or repair, including chewing of furniture, skirting, floors or frames, will incur cost of damages taken from your deposit.
